When it happens
After the last trades
The construction clean is booked once the trades have finished, against your build schedule.
Windows within two to four days
Inside and out, so the screen installers are not held up.
Then the re-clean
Trades keep working and dust keeps settling, so a second pass follows before possession.
Other cleans
Re-clean
The second clean
A second clean between construction and possession. It catches anything missed and anything the trades brought back in, and it clears your site supervisor's deficiency notes.
Possession clean
The final clean
The last clean before the buyer gets the keys, and the one they see. We check in with your site supervisor first, then finish the house room by room.
Window cleaning
On its own or with any clean
Inside and out, including frames, window tops and every track corner. Book it on its own or with any clean.
Pricing depends on the square footage and the cleans you need. Read the builder FAQ.
Send us the possession date.
Tell us about the home and the cleans you need, and we'll come back with builder pricing and confirm the dates.
