The last clean before the buyer gets the keys, and the one they see. We check in with your site supervisor first, then finish the house room by room.

What is included
Our standard scope for a new home. Supervisors check the corners, so we start there.
The finishing details
- Glass and mirrors without streaks
- Windows, frames and tracks
- No dust on railings, light fixtures or door tops
- Dust-free drawers, inside and out
- Floors, corners and baseboards
Checked again at possession
- Basement re-checked, because trades come back late
- Windows checked again
- Appliance barcode and warranty stickers left on
Before the buyer arrives
- The site supervisor is contacted first
- One last walk through the house from the buyer's point of view
- Doors and windows locked when we leave
- The home looks clean and smells clean
When it happens
Booked against your possession date
If a date moves, tell us and the clean moves with it.
Site supervisor first
We check in with the site supervisor before the clean: the night before, the day before or that morning.
Damage reported straight away
Anything found or caused during cleaning goes to the site supervisor right away.

The first clean
The first full clean of a new home, done after the last trades finish. Windows follow within two to four days, ahead of the screen installers.
Re-clean
The second clean
A second clean between construction and possession. It catches anything missed and anything the trades brought back in, and it clears your site supervisor's deficiency notes.

Biweekly maintenance visits to keep show homes clean, presentable and ready for prospective buyers. Send your list of homes and the due date, and we book them in.
