The second clean
Re-clean: the second pass that clears the notes.
A second clean between construction and possession. It catches anything missed and anything the trades brought back in, and it clears your site supervisor's deficiency notes.
- Edmonton and surrounding area
- Booked around your schedule
What is included
Our standard scope for a new home. Supervisors check the corners, so we start there.

- Anything missed at the construction clean
- Dust and debris the trades brought back in
The details that get flagged most
- Window track corners and light fixtures
- Door tops, railings and paint spots on floors
- Carpet edges along baseboards
- Dust in the back of drawers and cupboards
Before we leave
- Protective floor tape removed
- Cleaning garbage taken to the designated bins
- Thermostats left as found
- Every door and window locked
When it happens
Between construction and possession
Booked after the construction clean and before the buyer's walkthrough.
Urgent notes go sooner
If a possession is close, deficiency items are fixed sooner than the next scheduled clean.
Extra re-cleans
If trades come back late or a possession date moves, tell us and we will book another pass.
Other cleans
Construction clean
The first clean
The first full clean of a new home, done after the last trades finish. Windows follow within two to four days, ahead of the screen installers.
Possession clean
The final clean
The last clean before the buyer gets the keys, and the one they see. We check in with your site supervisor first, then finish the house room by room.
Window cleaning
On its own or with any clean
Inside and out, including frames, window tops and every track corner. Book it on its own or with any clean.
Pricing depends on the square footage and the cleans you need. Read the builder FAQ.
Send us the possession date.
Tell us about the home and the cleans you need, and we'll come back with builder pricing and confirm the dates.
